Orders are processed every day. Processing time can take between 1-3 business days. Our processing procedure includes packaging, a 2-stage product checking procedure to ensure no missing items, and shipping out your order. Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% correct before submitting the order for payment.
LUV Boutique will not be held responsible for incorrect or missing shipping information that you provide at check out. All orders will be shipped specifically to the address in which you provide. We will not process any refunds in such circumstances. We are not liable or held accountable for lost or stolen packages after the item has been marked as delivered by your local postal service. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.
If you've made a mistake with the shipping address or want to change an order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP with the order # and details along with a contact number in which a representative can reach you at. Changes cannot be made once your order is shipped.
All of our shipments include a tracking number with delivery confirmation which will be emailed to you once your package has been shipped. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your delivery address but you have not received your order, please contact your local post to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
Packages may take longer to arrive during busy times such as holidays. Please note we do not have control over the delivery service or time once your package is submitted for delivery.
Standard shipping fees are determined by Canada Post.
We ship worldwide and express shipping options are available with other delivery services, please email us for details.
All international packages are subject to Customs, Duties, and Search. We are not responsible for Duties, Taxes, Customs Fees and any additional fees encountered during the shipping process. YOU are liable/responsible for all import duties, customs and taxes applied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival. If you refuse to accept the incurred fees and the package is determined unclaimed, denied or otherwise refused, LUV Boutique will not provide any form of refund nor reship the order.
